CTOnews.com May 10, Bloomberg Mark Mark Gurman said in the latest Power On newsletter that Apple's upcoming AR / VR headset can run Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro software.

Apple announced yesterday that its professional video editing software Final Cut Pro and professional audio production software Logic Pro, previously available only on Mac, will launch on iPad on May 23.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Gurman said Apple's AR / VR headset could run thousands of existing applications for iPad and convert them to a 3D interface for use.

Apple may need to adjust the iPad version of Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro to run on xrOS, an operating system that runs on the header, but may already be under development.

Apple is expected to launch the headline display at the keynote event of the 2023 Global developer Conference on June 5.
