The details will be agreed upon by the final sale and purchase agreement signed by both parties, which is still uncertain.

PKL is registered in Kedah, Malaysia, with a survey area of about 66.58083 acres and a purchase price of 163864744.00 ringgit (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 255 million yuan).

The signing of the MOU marks the effective promotion of Yiwei Lithium Energy Cylindrical Lithium Battery Manufacturing Project, which will help both sides to make full use of their respective resources and advantages to further meet the company's demand for expanding cylindrical battery production capacity, to support supporting Malaysia and Southeast Asian electric two-wheelers and power tool manufacturers. The project mainly produces 21700 cylindrical batteries for power tools and electric two-wheeled vehicles.
