According to the relevant contents of the fee in the notice, the number of transaction orders generated under Xianyu's community account in that month was more than 10 and the cumulative transaction amount was more than 10000 yuan. after reaching the charging threshold, 1% will be charged on the basis of the actual turnover of each order that exceeds the charging threshold in that month.

The notice also said that the actual transaction amount is based on the actual transaction amount of the order recorded by the Alipay software system, and freight (if any), idle fish coins and red envelopes are not included.

In addition, the notice shows: "if a return occurs and you are not at fault, we will refund to you the real-time deduction of the software service fee for the return transaction after confirming the authenticity of the return according to the online refund records of the buyer and your Xianyu community. If you make an offline refund to the buyer, no matter what evidence you provide to prove that the refund actually occurred, we cannot support the refund of the real-time deduction of the software service charge to you."
