Ford's smallest MPV model will debut, and E-Tourneo Courie will be launched in Europe next year with a range of 370km.
CTOnews.com May 16 news, Ford launched the smallest commercial car E-Transit Courier in April this year, recently launched the E-Tourneo Courier model in the European market, using cross-border Active version design, after the launch of Ford's smallest multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).
Based on the Fiesta and Puma platforms, the E-Tourneo Courier features five-person seats, a 100kW front-wheel drive motor and fast DC charging, and a range of 230km (CTOnews.com Note: about 370.15 km).
The interior of the E-Tourneo Courier is mainly practical, with a suspended front storage tank and an open central channel.
The E-Tourneo Courier rear passenger has 40 per cent more leg space than the previous generation; with five passengers, the trunk space is 570L, compared with 395L in the previous generation; and 1198 litres when the rear seat is flattened (875L in the previous generation).
CTOnews.com also learned from the report that the car is also equipped with a 12-inch multimedia touch screen and LCD dashboard, built-in SYNC 12 infotainment system, and supports wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and OTA wireless upgrades.
