Samsung launches 24-inch KMC-W self-service machine running Win10 IoT system
CTOnews.com, May 17 (Xinhua)-- Samsung recently announced the launch of a 24-inch self-service machine, KMC-W, which can be used for self-service in food and beverage sales, retail, travel and health care.
KMC-W runs Win10 IoT Enterprise system, which is fully compatible with ordering, point of sale and property management system software.
Samsung offers customers a variety of CPU options, including Intel Cy 6305E, Core i3 or Core i5 processors. It will also be equipped with 8 GB DRAM memory and 256 GB SSD for sufficient storage space and good performance.
Hoon Chung, executive vice president of Samsung's visual display business, said: "the demand for contactless and non-cash payments is growing, and the retail landscape is changing.
