The sensor is completely independently developed by Local Quantum Computing Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd., supports real-time temperature monitoring, can accurately measure the temperature range of 10mK~40K, is suitable for all kinds of dilution refrigerators, and is easy to install and use. at present, it has been put into use in domestic quantum computers, which provides a key guarantee for quantum computer systems.
