New Android 14 feature: drag and drop text and files between full-screen applications
CTOnews.com May 19 news, foreign netizens Nail Sadykov revealed that after upgrading to Android 14 Beta version, you can drag and drop text and files between two full-screen apps.
CTOnews.com is attached with a demo. When you open a full-screen application, you can select a piece of text or file. After a long press, the selected content will be suspended on the surface.
The user then needs to press and hold with one finger, open another application with the other, and drag it into the text box. This eliminates the need to put two applications in split-screen mode to drag and drop files between them, improving the overall multitasking experience on the Android operating system.
