Sales of AMD Ruilong R7 7800X3D processors are booming, with sales in Germany nearly twice as much as 5800X3D
Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, May 20 (Xinhua)-- in April this year, AMD launched the Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, which broke the sales record for the German Mindfactory platform in its second month on the market.
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is so popular that the latest 3D V-Cache CPU sells almost twice as much as 5800X3D.
According to statistics shared by TechEpiphany, sales of the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D in the German retailer MindFactory reached 4720. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, by contrast, sold just 2510 units, a little more than half that of 7800X3D.
Currently, the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 3D V-Cache CPU is priced at $449 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 3152 yuan), roughly the same as the Ryzen 7 5800X3D.
In addition, Intel Core i9-13900K benefits from its good game performance, which can continue to erode sales of 7950X3D and 7900X3D, even if priced at more than $550. This forced higher-core 3D V-Cache processors to cut prices, while AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D was too popular to have a similar price cut.
According to the sales lists of some US retailers, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D sales lag behind Core i9-13900K and i7-13700K, or even older models such as R7 5700X and R5 5600, but still better than Ryzen 7 5800X3D.
