State Post Bureau: a total of 37.1 billion pieces of express delivery were completed from January to April, an increase of 17.0% over the same period last year.

From January to April, the postal industry mailed and delivered a total of 46.8 billion pieces, an increase of 13.7% over the same period last year. Among them, the total volume of express delivery completed 37.1 billion pieces, an increase of 17.0% over the same period last year.

From January to April, the total volume of express delivery in the same city completed 3.87 billion pieces, an increase of 0.7% over the same period last year; the volume of express delivery in other places completed 32.37 billion pieces, an increase of 18.5% over the same period last year; and the international / Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan express business volume totaled 860 million pieces, an increase of 54.1% over the same period last year.

In terms of express business volume, non-local business accounted for 87.3%, accounting for the largest proportion, followed by the same city business volume, accounting for 10.4%, and international / Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan business volume accounted for 2.3%, the lowest proportion. In terms of the revenue structure of express delivery business, remote business income still ranks first, accounting for 50.7%; international / Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan business income accounts for 10.9%; and city business income accounts for 6%.
