Sources say Motorola's Razr 40 Ultra folding screen phone costs $1000.
CTOnews.com, May 22 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- Motorola's upcoming Razr 40 Ultra will be a flip folding screen phone. 91Mobiles reported that the phone sells for $1000 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 7020 yuan), so the Razr 40 folding screen standard version is expected to be cheaper.
For comparison, the original Motorola Razr released in 2019 sold for $1500 (currently about 10530 yuan), while the later Motorola Razr 5G sold for $1399 (currently about 9821 yuan).
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will carry Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 chip, main screen resolution is 1080x2640, refresh rate is 120Hz or 144Hz, outer screen resolution is 1056x1066, storage capacity up to 512GB, memory up to 12GB, and support 33W charging 3640mAh battery Rear 12MP main camera (Sony IMX563 sensor), 13MP ultra wide-angle lens (SK Hynix Hi1336 sensor), inner screen using 32MP selfie camera (OmniVision OV32B40 sensor), will be pre-installed to run Android 13 system.
Motorola has confirmed that it will hold an event on June 1 to publicly launch the new Razr series.
