Shepherd launches EXCERIA PLUS G3 series SSD: sequential read and write 5000 MB/s, highest 2TB
CTOnews.com May 25, Kioxia announced that it will launch the EXCERIA PLUS G3 series SSD in the third quarter of 2023, using PCIe 4.0 technology and the highest capacity 2TB.
Armor said that this consumer-grade SSD is very suitable for mainstream users of high-performance games PC, desktops and laptops, with a high performance-to-price ratio.
The EXCERIA PLUS G3 series uses the BiCS FLASH 3D flash memory TLC of the Armor, with the M2.2280 one-sided shape, suitable for desktops and mobile systems.
The new hard drive will also support Armor's SSD utility management software, which helps users monitor and maintain SSD. The price and release date have not been officially announced.
