No physical CD-ROMs are released. Mind Killer 2 games are only available in digital versions.
CTOnews.com, May 26 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Game developer Remedy Entertainment launched a special FAQ page after announcing the launch of the "Soul Killer 2" game on October 17, saying that the game is only available digitally.
Remedy said in the question and answer that CTOnews.com was translated as follows:
The primary reason is that most players have migrated to digital-only platforms, and it is not uncommon in the industry to publish games only in digital form.
Many players have bought Sony PlayStation 5 game consoles without optical drives, and the Xbox Series S itself is digital only.
The second reason is that not releasing CDs can reduce costs and keep the price of the game on the console at $59.99 / 59.99 euros / 49.99 pounds and the PC version at $49.99 / 49.99 euros / 39.99 pounds.
The last reason is that we don't want players to pre-download content when releasing physical CDs, which we think will affect the game experience.
Mind Killer 2 will be logged on to Xbox Series X | S, PS5 and Windows PC and is currently available on Epic Games. The official introduction of the game is as follows:
Saga Anderson comes to a small town to investigate ritual murder. And Alan Wake wrote a dark story that shaped the reality around him. The two brave men made a connection in the middle of nowhere. Can they become heroes of their own mission?
