Xbox preview version of my World game discovers hidden graphics options, suggesting that RayTracing is coming
CTOnews.com, May 27 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Xbox watcher Idle Sloth found strings such as "graphicsModeOptions.rayTraced" after digging into the latest preview of "Minecraft", indicating that Mojang is planning to introduce ray tracing features into the Xbox game.
Mojang demonstrated "my World" with RayTracing enabled on the Xbox host in 2020 and later claimed it was an "accident".
CTOnews.com Note: Microsoft previously announced a partnership with Nvidia to provide ray tracing support in the Windows version of my World: bedrock. However, the support is still in the testing stage, and ordinary users are still unable to use it.
