CTOnews.com May 27, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman (Sam Altman) said in his latest tweet that OpenAI has no plans to leave Europe.

Altman said in a tweet that he had met with a number of European leaders and had a fruitful dialogue over the past week on how to better regulate artificial intelligence. CTOnews.com attached a screenshot of the tweet as follows: Altman said he was very happy to continue to operate in the European market and had no plans to leave.

Mr Altman said at an event in London on Wednesday that OpenAI would try to comply with European regulations before considering an exit. "the current draft EU AI bill will lead to over-regulation, but we have heard that it will pull back," he said. "they are still talking about it."

Earlier this month, EU lawmakers agreed on the draft bill. Representatives of the European Parliament, the Council and the Committee will now debate this to finalize the final details of the bill.
