The QQ security team found that some users spread pornographic and vulgar harmful information on the platform, some of which involved groups of minors, which seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors. The platform has blocked 880000 related illegal accounts. The security team cracked down on 29000 fraudulent online accounts and banned 299 related group chats.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Tencent reported 597 million monthly active users on QQ mobile terminals in the first quarter of 2023, up 6 per cent from a year earlier. Huya, Douyu, China Literature, QQ VIP and other paid members have a total of 19 million, a decrease of 1600 million compared with the same period last year.
