CPU-Z 2.06 update says initial support for AMD "Storm Peak" thread tearers CPU

After upgrading to version 2.06 of CPU-Z, Intel's "Alder Lake-N", AMD's recently released "Dragon Range" mobile Zen 4 processor, Zhaoxin's KH-40000 and KX-6000G, as well as Nvidia's RTX 4060 Ti and AMD's RX 7600 appeared.

CTOnews.com sees an interesting addition at the bottom of the update log: "initial support for the AMD Storm Peak platform". "Storm Peak" is AMD's unreleased Ryzen Threadripper 7000 series, based on Zen 4, which is expected to enhance AMD's competitiveness in the HEDT market.

AMD plans to launch "Storm Peak" in the third quarter of 2023, which is explicitly mentioned in the CPU-Z log, indicating that AMD is about to launch the CPU. CPUID personnel may have prepared samples or specifications.
