Twitter became the defendant again: unpaid public relations firm owed $830000.

On the morning of May 29, Beijing time, it was reported that on Friday, a US public relations firm sued Twitter because Twitter had not paid fees to the company since Musk bought Twitter.

Joele Frank, a representative of the public relations firm, asked Twitter to pay $830498 in arrears (currently about 5.872 million yuan) and provided six unpaid invoices. Musk considered quitting when buying Twitter, when Twitter sued Musk to force him to complete the acquisition, including subpoenas for the lawsuit.

According to the public relations firm, Twitter terminated its contract with the public relations firm just three weeks after Musk completed the acquisition, and Twitter has not communicated about the payment since then, but promised to "start processing immediately" in an "automated" tone. Frank has been serving Twitter since January 2015.

Twitter no longer has a media relations office. When the reporter asked Twitter about the matter, the other party unexpectedly responded with a stool emoji.

Now that Musk has acquired the debt owed by Twitter,Twitter, he naturally inherits it.
