LG teamed up with Tenstorrent to develop special chips for televisions and cars

David Bennett, general manager of Tenstorrent, said LG will initially use Tenstorrent's AI chip design to develop its own chips, followed by larger-scale strategic and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Ljubisa Bajic serves as CEO and Chief Architect of the company, having led power architecture design at AMD and Tegra system architecture design at NVIDIA.

Chip guru Jim Keller joined the company in 2021. He spent four years at Apple working on A4 and A5 designs, then returned to AMD for two years as corporate vice president and chief core architect responsible for the next generation CPU architectures K12 and Zen, and left Intel for two years in June 2020.
