CTOnews.com, June 1, according to an announcement issued by the Microsoft 365Management Center, Microsoft is about to introduce a zoom navigation bar in the Teams shared screen interface to facilitate users to adjust the display area.

CTOnews.com Note: Microsoft said that after Teams users share the screen, they can scale the size of the shared screen through touchpad or touchscreen gestures, but most users are not aware of this feature.

So Microsoft will introduce zoom out, zoom in and full screen buttons at the lower left of the shared screen to make it easier for users to adjust the shared screen according to their needs.

Microsoft said it would invite users to participate in the test in early June and officially release it in mid-June.
