Update of "League of Legends" version 13.11: wild "bully" supports sharing

But I'm not playing wild: if a non-wild player kills a scarlet imprint tree monster or a pale blue carved statue, but the wild player's discipline has been fully upgraded, a bully spirit will be dropped, but it is only visible to friendly wild players. It will remain for only one minute.
