Nathan Seek (Nathan Thacker) told the Wall Street Journal that he launched a withdrawal on May 15, hoping to withdraw $1700 (CTOnews.com Note: about 12087 yuan) to his JPMorgan account.

Seek called Goldman's customer service department several times after a long delay, and the reply was that it would always take a few days to wait. The money was finally deposited in his account on June 1, more than two weeks after he initiated the transfer.

In addition, some users reported that there was BUG in Apple's Apple Savings withdrawal system, and the money "disappeared" after applying for withdrawal, neither in their Apple account nor in the bank account they were trying to transfer it to.

Kevin Smyth, a Minnesota man, tried to transfer $10, 000 from his Apple account to an American bank on May 16, the Wall Street Journal reported. The money was marked as a security review and remained uncertain until the review was completed.

Goldman Sachs then responded publicly, saying that most users' withdrawals would not be delayed for a long time and would usually be completed within five days. Goldman Sachs also said that there will be a time delay when withdrawing to bank card accounts that are different from recharging, in order to prevent money laundering.
