CTOnews.com, June 5 (Xinhua)-- according to the official WeChat release of TechInsights, global 5G smartphone shipments increased by 3.9% year on year in Q1 in 2023. Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi ranked in the top three, while OPPO, vivo and Glory ranked fourth to sixth respectively.

North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific are the three main markets regionally; China, the United States and South Korea lead the 5G smartphone market in terms of countries; Xiaomi 5G smartphones perform well in Central and Eastern Europe; HMD, Google and one plus are growing rapidly, the report said.

CTOnews.com sorted out the relevant market share of Q1 global 5G mobile phones in 2023, Apple 32%, Samsung 21%, Xiaomi 12%, 10% OPPO, 8% in vivo, 6% in Glory, and 10% in others.
