Apple Studio Display 17 Beta firmware release: need to connect macOS Sonoma Beta device
CTOnews.com June 6 news, Apple WWDC23 Global developer Conference was held early this morning, including iOS 17, macOS Sonoma, MacBook Air 15, Apple Vision Pro head display and other hardware and software devices, including new products.
After a keynote speech on the launch of the new Mac, Apple today released a Studio Display Beta firmware beta for developers. (CTOnews.com Note: specific version number 21A5248v).
All Studio Display models can receive OTA firmware updates, but this firmware update is limited to Mac that is currently running the new macOS Sonoma Beta operating system. Studio Display users running macOS Sonoma can go to system Settings > Software updates to install firmware.
Apple has yet to provide details about what is included in the Studio Display 17 Beta firmware update.
