CTOnews.com, June 6 (Xinhua)-- Apple unveiled its first MR headset, Vision Pro, at its annual Global developer Conference (WWDC23) in the early hours of this morning. In response, Wang Xuehong, chairman of HTC and founder of VIVE, said through a VIVE official that "as an innovation leader in XR and the global technology industry, we sincerely welcome Apple to join the imaginative XR field."

According to CTOnews.com, as early as March this year, Wang Xuehong said in an interview that Apple will launch its own hybrid reality headset as soon as the middle of this year, but she is not worried about the competition. She believes that actions by Apple, Meta, Samsung and others in this area will promote the overall popularity of hybrid reality devices, which will benefit HTC.
