CTOnews.com June 6, Microsoft revealed that it is redesigning the file manager of Win11 system at the Build 2023 developer conference held in May this year. The new version of the file manager does not change much in the user interface, but deeply integrates Microsoft 365 services, enhances the drag-and-drop feature of tabs, and so on.

According to the foreign technology media Windows Lastest, Microsoft will invite Windows Insider project members in the near future to test the new version of the file manager and migrate it to WinAppSDK to unlock more API.

Introduce a new view of the gallery, similar to the enhanced experience of Microsoft Photos applications
