According to the Taiwan media Economic Daily, a source from the wafer factory revealed that TSMC has urgently ordered new packaging equipment to meet the order demand by the end of the year.

It is said that at present, TSMC's orders have reached the end of the year. According to a wafer factory source, "even when SMC has urgently ordered packaging equipment, the delivery time of the equipment itself will take 3-6 months, so the new production capacity will not be in place until the end of the year at the earliest," so "it will be out of stock in the next six months."

Nvidia previously had a market capitalization of trillions, but now the demand for Nvidia AI chips has soared, so the relevant manufacturers in the supply chain can also benefit.
