RedGamingTech revealed that each CCD can hold up to 8 cores and up to 16 cores. The code name for Zen 5 CCD is "Eldora", while the cores within CCD are called "Nirvana".

RedGamingTech revealed that Zen 5 can provide 80KB's L1 cache, compared with Zen 4's 64KB L1 cache. Each core is the 1MB L2 cache and each CCD is the L3 cache of 32MB.

CTOnews.com also learned from revelations that the default TDP for Zen 5 is 170W, which is the same as the current Zen 4 flagship products Ryzen 9 7900X and Ryzen 9 7950X.

The acceleration clock frequency of Zen 5 CPU is 300 MHz higher than that of Ryzen 9 7950X (5.7GHz), with an average increase of 19% for 5. 8-6 GHz,IPC.
