The Samsung One UI 5 Watch update, based on Wear OS 4, brings better sleep tracking and guidance, improved sleep patterns using blood oxygen levels, snoring data, and sleep stages; personalized heart rate ranges to provide more tailored fitness tracking indicators; and more personalized interval training programs based on users' age and physical condition.

The Samsung One UI 5 Watch update will enable fall detection by default for all users aged 55 or older, and the updated SOS system will enable direct communication and send user location data to emergency phone numbers; this update will also bring the Material You design language, improved tiles, and more built-in applications in more places.
