CTOnews.com June 8 news, Google subsidiary Google Cloud announced yesterday that it has reached a partnership with Mayo Clinic, a large American medical company, to provide search services based on generative AI for medical workers.

Through this platform, developers can quickly develop customer service robots, product recommendations, customized search engines and other applications based on generative AI.

In the medical field, information such as medical records, research papers, clinical guidelines and X-rays are used to determine illness and treatment strategies, Google said. However, these medical data are usually distributed and stored in various formats, so it is difficult to retrieve all the necessary information quickly. The enterprise search service provided by Generative AI App Builder can quickly integrate this distributed information and data, making doctors and researchers search more efficiently.

Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said in a statement that he believes that generative AI has the potential to transform the healthcare industry by increasing interaction with people and unprecedented automation.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Google launched a service called search Generation experience (SGE) in May this year, which uses Google's AI system to summarize search results for users, so that users can get the information they want without clicking on a bunch of links.
