Added PCM32kHz / 64kHz / 128kHz / 256kHz / 512kHz sampling rate support and full sampling rate support

The Shanling UA3 decoding ear amplifier uses a RT6863 operational amplifier chip and a double amplifier chip to ensure a true balanced amplification. UA3 equipped with double operational amplifier chip, the balanced output power reaches 211mW@32 Ω, and the single-ended output also reaches 125mW@32 Ω.

UA3 can be controlled through Eddict Player App (Android platform only), with channel balance setting, local volume setting, filter setting (a total of 6 kinds of filtering); low power mode entry time can set the time for UA3 to enter low power standby mode, and UA3 will enter "dormant state" in leisure to achieve lower power consumption; the up and down keys default function can be set to adjust the mobile phone volume or switch the up and down curves. The direction of the up and down keys is defined.
