3D modeling of landmarks such as the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, Apple enhances the mapping experience for Paris, France
CTOnews.com, June 10 (Xinhua)-- Apple has been creating 3D models for major cities around the world since it launched its Apple Maps mapping app with iOS 15 in 2021. Apple announced this week that it would introduce more detailed map information and expand bike routes to Paris, France.
Users in France will be able to see more detailed map data such as road markings, buildings, business districts, land cover, trees, elevations and public transport routes after upgrading to the new Apple Maps, Apple said.

Apple says users can view the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and other landmarks in 3D in Apple Maps.
