Microsoft PC Game Pass will log on to NVIDIA GeForce NOW later this year
CTOnews.com, June 12 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- Microsoft announced today that it will provide some games (possibly including some EA Play works) from the PC Game Pass library to users in the coming months through Nvidia's game streaming service GeForce NOW.
This will allow many new devices to be supported at no extra cost, as Nvidia's game streaming service has a free one-hour package. Users who prefer longer-term and higher-quality streaming games can consider upgrading to the new RTX 4080 package.
GeForce NOW services are available for PC, Mac, Chromebook and TVs, as well as Android-based set-top boxes, tablets and smartphones. These devices can become remote PC game streaming devices as long as they have a good Internet connection and a keyboard / mouse or game console.
CTOnews.com noted that Microsoft only said that "partial" games would be available, not the full library, which contains more than 100 games. GeForce NOW support will be unlocked in the coming months, but neither Microsoft nor NVIDIA has confirmed a specific release date.
