Microsoft wallpaper designed for Win10 on the Windows service Build 21380 is similar to Microsoft's Win11 Build 21996 released in June 2021, with the biggest highlight being the built-in unreleased Hero derivative wallpaper.

Judging from this wallpaper, Microsoft originally planned to launch Win11 in the form of an updated version of Win10, but later chose to release it under the name Win11 because of changes to the start menu and taskbar.
