Apple invests more than $200 million in racial equality and justice program as commitment doubles
CTOnews.com In a press release released today, Apple said it plans to invest more than $200 million in REJI over the past three years, doubling its commitment in early 2020.
REJI is a long-term global initiative to promote equality and expand opportunities for African American, Hispanic/Latino and Native American communities.

We will continue to be value-oriented and intensify our efforts to create opportunities, drive communities and contribute to a better future for all."
Apple today announced an additional $25 million in funding to Collab Capital, Harlem Capital and Vamos Ventures, three venture capital funds that work with minority-owned businesses.
With this new round of investments, Apple has invested $50 million in venture capital institutions and more than $100 million overall in diverse businesses and financial institutions with aligned missions.
