Microsoft Teams application public testing collaborative note-taking function
CTOnews.com, June 17, Microsoft announced today that Microsoft Teams users of all public test preview channels will be invited to test the Collaborative Notes (Collaborative Notes) function.
Users use this feature to enable participants to participate more deeply in the agenda, collaborate to complete meeting summaries, tasks, action goals and other information, and further enhance the meeting experience of Teams.
CTOnews.com Note: notes created using Collaborative Notes can be synchronized on Outlook, Teams chat windows, Loop apps, Whiteboard and web-side Word.
Conference initiators can share the notes via Teams chat or email before the meeting, where participants can exchange ideas, provide feedback, and create.
