Opinion polls show that most Americans want to return to an era when the Internet and mobile phones were not popular
CTOnews.com June 17 news, according to Harris Poll released the latest poll, 77% of middle-aged Americans (35-54 years old) want to return to the "pre-plugged-in" society, that is, the Internet and smart phones are not popular years.
CTOnews.com Note: The survey also found that 63% of young adults (ages 18-34) also want to return to the pre-plugged-in era.
67% of respondents said they prefer things and social relationships from the past, and 90% believe new technologies need to remain open to the impact of everyday life.
A majority of respondents approve of mind emancipation, but more than half also find it difficult to keep up with the latest technology, and a majority believe new technologies are more disruptive.
