Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, June 17, YouTube channel Gamer Nexus visited the AMD campus in Austin, Texas, in the latest video and found the unreleased Ryzen 9 5950X3D and Ryzen 9 5900X3D processors.

AMD currently offers four CPU models with 3D V-Cache, one for AM4 slots and three for AM5 slots.

During its visit to the AMD campus, Gamers Nexus found several samples of 3D V-Cache CPU that have not yet been released, including several Ryzen 7000 "Zen 4" and two Ryzen 5000 "Zen 3" architectural designs. CTOnews.com attached a picture as follows:

Ryzen 9 5900X3D the Zen 3 CPU in this list includes Ryzen 9 5950X3D and Ryzen 9 5900X3D with 16 cores and 12 cores, respectively.

These two CPU are unique in that they both have a 3D V-Cache stack on both CCD, which can achieve up to 192 MB of L3 cache.

Each stack provides a 64 MB L3 cache for a total of 128 MB, in addition to the 64 MB cache configured in each CCD in the form of a 32 MB standard L3.
