Article 19 of the provisions on the Management of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services clearly stipulates that deep synthesis service providers with the attribute of public opinion or the ability of social mobilization, shall go through the formalities of filing, modification and cancellation in accordance with the provisions on the Administration of Internet Information Service algorithm recommendation. Technical supporters of deep synthetic services shall refer to the formalities of filing, modification and cancellation.

The Internet Information Office said that deep synthesis service providers and technical supporters who have not yet completed the filing procedures are invited to apply for the record as soon as possible.
