CTOnews.com June 21, the KDE project team today released an update to the KDE Plasma 5.27.6 maintenance version, one and a half months after the last one.

The update of KDE Plasma 5.27.6 maintenance version mainly fixes the problem of source crash in Powerdevil daemon programs after entering sleep, further improves Plasma Wayland sessions, and fixes strange-looking problems with muse cursors in XWayland applications.

This update also improves the zoom ratio of Plasma Wayland so that there will not be line failure again; the update fixes visual incongruity in part of the Breeze theme right-click menu.

This update improves the Plasma X11 session, the dragging of files to the Task Manager task experience, the display of short strings in KRunner search results, and window tiling.

This update also improves keyboard navigation, and users can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate.

The new version also improves support for Flatpak applications by displaying the updated version of the Flatpak application in the correct order and correctly getting the version number of the updatable Flatpak application.
