CTOnews.com, June 23 (Xinhua)-- at this year's WWDC 2023 developer Conference, Apple announced a global partnership with hotels to expand the applicability of AirPlay.

LG officially issued a press release announcing that it has become the first hotel TV brand to support AirPlay since later this year.

CTOnews.com Note: LG, "one of the leading indoor hotel TV providers", said in a press release that it is working closely with Apple to ensure that the AirPlay will be as easy to use as at home.

As Apple has shown, hotel guests will be able to connect the iPhone or iPad to the indoor TV by scanning the only QR code. LG confirms that customers can use AirPlay in hotel rooms without using a password or downloading an application.
