CTOnews.com, June 24 (Xinhua)-- Warren Buffett, the "god of stock", likes to concentrate Berkshire Hathaway's investment capital on advantageous projects. Apple accounts for 47.8% of existing assets after buying back Berkshire Hathaway shares.

As of June 16, 2023, Berkshire Hathaway held 915560382 Apple shares, equivalent to $169.3 billion, according to The Motley Fool.

That is equivalent to 47.8 per cent of the company's investment portfolio, nearly 40 percentage points higher than bank of America, which has the second-largest portfolio weight (8.5 per cent).

The average purchase price of Berkshire Hathaway's 915 million Apple shares is $39.62 per share, according to WhaleWisdom.com.

In other words, Buffett and his investment deputies, Ted Weschler and Todd Combs, have converted $36.3 billion (CTOnews.com Note: about 260.997 billion yuan) into a return of $169.3 billion (about 1.22 trillion yuan) over a seven-year period, without counting the dividends previously paid by Apple.
