As of June 16, 2023, Berkshire Hathaway held 915560382 Apple shares, equivalent to $169.3 billion, according to The Motley Fool.
That is equivalent to 47.8 per cent of the company's investment portfolio, nearly 40 percentage points higher than bank of America, which has the second-largest portfolio weight (8.5 per cent).
The average purchase price of Berkshire Hathaway's 915 million Apple shares is $39.62 per share, according to WhaleWisdom.com.
