▲ source: OceanGateTSB director Kathy Fox said that TSB hopes to find out the cause of the accident and identify improvement points to reduce the probability of recurrence of such events or risks in the future. In addition, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police investigated whether the incident involved a crime. Kent Osmond, a member of the investigation team, said the purpose of the boarding search was to determine whether the Police Crime Bureau needed to intervene in the investigation.
