Two new features of Microsoft Teams have been released to all users, including the swearing filter switch

CTOnews.com In recent months, the Microsoft 365 Insider team has been testing some of the new features of online meeting service Teams. Today, two of these new features are officially available to all users. Microsoft's official blog revealed that the two new features are custom settings for conference subtitles and a swear filter switch in conferences.

CTOnews.com notes that customization of conference subtitles was added to Microsoft Teams 'public preview in May, when Microsoft said: "We introduced a new subtitle settings panel that allows you to customize font colors and sizes, increase the number of lines displayed, and change the position of subtitles in the conference window. We've also added the ability to scroll through the most recent subtitles. "

The swear filter switch was added to Microsoft Teams 'public preview in April, and Microsoft said: "With the newly introduced switch, you can now control whether you want to continue using the swear filter feature we provide or prefer to see every word displayed as it is." "

The Microsoft Teams division already offers many other new features in its public preview that will be rolled out to all users in the near future. Among them is a new payments app that lets businesses collect money from customers directly at Microsoft Teams meetings. There's also a feature that allows team members in meetings to write notes and other content together during the session. In addition, a few days ago, Microsoft 365 Insider users can start to experience the dynamic background features supported in Microsoft Teams meetings.
