CTOnews.com June 27, Nvidia announced yesterday that it has formed a strategic partnership with cloud data analysis company Snowflake to help enterprise customers in various industries use their own data to build AI models.

Nvidia helps Snowflake embed the NeMo platform for training and running generative AI into Snowflake's Data Cloud.

Snowflake's CEO Frank Slootman says companies that use Snowflake to manage data can now use their own data to train new AI models without the risk of losing control of their own data.

The two sides did not disclose details of the cooperation, but Huang Renxun pointed out that Nvidia will benefit from the AI process. He said Nvidia will sell more chips and Nvidia's AI Enterprise system will help users. According to reports, Nvidia has charged customers who use AI Enterprise software.
