CTOnews.com, June 28 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- Microsoft recently released a new update for its Android launcher Microsoft Launcher (Microsoft launcher), but this update seems to cause some problems.

Many Android users report on Reddit and Twitter that they have encountered unusable problems after installing the latest Microsoft launcher on their phones. This update seems to have the greatest impact on Microsoft Surface Duo users because the initiator keeps crashing and random errors after the update.

Microsoft released the 6.230502.0.1103650 version of the Microsoft launcher update on June 26, and users reported that the application did not work on their devices. It's not clear what changes have been made to this update, as the Google Play Store update log only says "fixed known bugs and improved performance."

The error message also advises the user to reset the initiator to resolve the problem, but the reset removes all custom settings, and Reddit users report that the reset does not solve the problem.

This problem is particularly serious for Microsoft Surface Duo users because they can only use Microsoft initiators. Other Android users can switch to another initiator or use the default initiator and wait for Microsoft to fix the problem. Microsoft has not acknowledged the problem as of CTOnews.com, and it is still unknown when it will be fixed.
