CTOnews.com, June 29 (Xinhua)-- Asustek further expanded its product line after launching the 11.6-inch BR1102 notebook earlier this year, recently announcing the launch of BR1402F and BR1402C notebooks.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that the BR1402F is a deformable laptop with a 14-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1920 to 1080, a hinge that supports 360-degree rotation and a maximum Intel Core i3-N305 processor.

The configuration of the BR1402C is basically the same, except that it is a regular flip laptop with a maximum of 180-degree flipping and a non-touch screen.

Asustek says the BR1402F and BR1402C are budget notebooks for the education market, with up to a core i3-N305 processor and only eight efficiency cores. In addition, the laptop also supports Intel processor N200 or N100 quad-core chips.

Other features include 16GB-enabled DDR4 memory (with a SODIMM slot for user-upgradable memory) and 128GB PCIe 3.0 NVMe storage (with an M.2 2280 slot, so this is also user-upgradable).

The laptop has a 50 Wh battery and is equipped with a 45W USB Type-C power adapter. The wireless feature supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
