This means that every time you open Windows Copilot, the Edge Web browser needs to run in the background. It is essentially a browser that users cannot use offline.

Even when connected, Windows Copilot's capabilities are limited, with search for online resources and some creative tasks, but the options presented at the Build conference, such as configuring Windows settings, are not implemented.
