Sterway has launched two CIS products for the 50 megapixel product track, SC550XS and SC520XS. The company said the two products meet the performance requirements of "flagship smartphone main and front, ultra-wide angle and telephoto cameras," respectively.

CTOnews.com has reported that in March last year, Sterway released its first 50MP ultra-high resolution 1.0μm pixel size image sensor-SC550XS, which uses 22nm HKMG Stack process technology, equipped with Sterway SmartClarity-2 imaging technology, as well as SFCPixel and PixGain HDR patented technology.

In addition, 100% full pixel focus can be achieved through AllPix ADAF technology, and it is equipped with MIPI C-PHY 3.0Gsps high-speed data transmission interface.

According to the product plan at that time, this image sensor will be sent to Q2 in 2022 and mass production will be realized in Q3 in 2022.
