Asustek ROG Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card frequency reaches 3.94GHz, setting a new world record
CTOnews.com, July 3 (Xinhua)-- Asustek ROG announced tonight that the ROG Matrix RTX 4090 video card has set a new world record for GPU frequency with the highest frequency of 3.94GHz (3945MHz). The previous record holder was the Seven Rainbow iGame Lab RTX 4090 video card, with the highest frequency of 3.93Ghz.
ROG official said that to further demonstrate the strength of the Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card, Asustek sent the GPU to the US overclocking tester SPLAVE, which pushed the GPU to the limit in the GPUPI 3.332B benchmark. Like the previous seven rainbow overclocking tests, the SPLAVE also chose liquid nitrogen (LN2) to heat up the video card frequency to the extreme. Finally, the highest frequency of the ROG Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card came to 3945MHz, leaving only 55MHz from the 4GHz gate.
▲ Picture Source HWBOTCTOnews.com previously reported that Asustek officially launched the new ROG Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card on May 30. The graphics card features 360mm integrated water cooling and embedded GPU design, marking the return of the Matrix hacker series (the last time it appeared was GeForce RTX 2080Ti). The graphics card is rated to consume 600W, and Asustek calls it the most powerful RTX 4090 graphics card.
