2022 British Broadband Survey: fees have risen by 14%, there are still a lot of problems
CTOnews.com news on July 5, consumer rights group Which? A collection of feedback from 4000 UK broadband users found that broadband costs rose by an average of 14 per cent in 2022, but the problems did not decrease, with 53 per cent of users experiencing problems.
Although 47 per cent of broadband users surveyed in the UK were not aware of broadband problems, they were subdivided into different broadband service operators, with a lower percentage, with only 32 per cent of Sky customers, 35 per cent of Virgin Media customers and 37 per cent of EE customers reporting no problems.

19% of the respondents said they encountered frequent connection interruptions.
17% of the respondents reported that the connection speed was slow.
15% of respondents reported that upload and download were slow.
14% of respondents reported router problems.
14% of the respondents reported that the network was cut off for more than one hour.
12% of the respondents reported that they encountered slowness or interruption while listening to music or watching videos.
8% of the respondents reported that they had been offline for more than one day.
11% of the respondents reported the problem to the operator, but it was not solved.
Forty-four percent said they had some kind of customer service problem.
